We are seeking you who are a specialist physician in general medicine, with experience from primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered work.

DocCura Health Center is a newly established health center in a growing area in Järfälla municipality, commissioned by Region Stockholm, with the goal of offering the best care and accessibility for patients. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and patient-focused operation with short decision paths, team spirit, and development opportunities.

About the Position

As a specialist in general medicine, you will have a key role in the clinical operation and contribute to long-term quality work in the health center's development.

Examples of tasks:

• Reception work for patients of all ages
• Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Supervision of resident physicians and other professional categories
• Active participation in teamwork and operational development
• Work with quality follow-up, improvement efforts, and evidence-based care

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine
• Have experience in primary care in Sweden
• Thrive in a developing and change-prone environment
• Are confident in your professional role and value collaboration highly
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are experienced in working with electronic health record systems such as TakeCare or similar
