Personal Assistant, 63%

Hello!

I am a 57-year-old man living in Vallentuna with my two cats, and I am looking for a personal assistant to help me in my daily life during the absence of regular staff. I am paralyzed from the shoulders down (but mentally sharp) and use a wheelchair, so you will be my arms and legs. I need help with basic tasks such as meals, hygiene, activities, etc., so your workplace is wherever I am. I spend most of my time at home, but sometimes I travel, and then you come along.

My interests include tending to my garden and house. I also have a great interest in cars and spend some time in my garage on various projects. It would be a plus if you have similar interests.

I prefer that applicants are between 30 and 50 years old and have good Swedish in speech and writing. I grow together with my assistant, so it is important that you are attentive, responsible, and have a good view of people.

Please describe in your application if you have experience working as a personal assistant or anything else you think could be qualifying. The right personal chemistry is the most important and takes precedence over any other qualifications!

The position is a permanent employment at 63% starting from May 1, 2026. Each work shift is 24 hours, starting at 08:15 and ending at 08:15 the next day (active time 24 hours). It is important that you are flexible, as the group helps cover shifts or swap with each other during sickness, parental leave, etc. It is a plus if you can step in on short notice!

Note! A criminal record extract from the police is required and should be brought to any potential interview.

Hourly wage according to agreement. Collective agreement in place.
