Salesperson with network in construction - Gothenburg and/or Malmö

We are a growing construction company in Gothenburg and Malmö seeking a salesperson who wants to join us in building our business together.

With us, sales are not just about quick deals, but about building long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering quality in every project.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you work closely with the business and are an important part of creating new deals and developing existing relationships. You have a special focus on building and maintaining networks within the construction industry in Gothenburg and/or Malmö.

The role includes, among other things:

• identifying and developing new business opportunities
• building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and partners
• preparing quotes in collaboration with the business
• following up on deals and contributing to long-term collaborations
• representing the company in meetings and industry networks

Who we believe you are

• You have experience in sales, preferably within construction or related industries
• You have your own network in construction in the Gothenburg and/or Malmö area
• You are relationship-building, attentive, and trustworthy
• You are structured and drive your work forward
• You thrive in a role where you work both independently and closely with others

It is advantageous if you have an understanding of construction processes and how projects are managed in practice.
