About Us

Nordic Arena Service specializes in ground and facility projects within sports environments. We work with everything from artificial turf fields to running tracks, sports floors, and interior fittings of sports halls.

In many projects, we are involved all the way – from groundworks to finished sports facilities. In practice, this means that we sometimes build entire sports venues, not just parts of them.

We run projects all over Sweden and operate in a niche where quality, structure, and execution are crucial.

About the Role

As a site manager with us, you work closely with both production and project management. You drive projects together with experienced colleagues and gradually take on greater overall responsibility.

The role suits you who already have a leading role in production today – for example, as a foreman or in a similar function – and want to develop further.

We Believe You Have

* Experience from construction or facility projects

* Worked in a leading role in production on-site

* Understanding of how projects are planned and driven

It is advantageous if you have knowledge in:

* APD planning

* Work environment and work preparations

* Own controls and documentation

* AB/ABT and AMA
