Jobblink Sweden AB is now seeking a Junior Talent Partner – a role for you who want to build a career in recruitment, matching, and the labor market, and who is ready to take responsibility from day one.
You will:
Work hands-on with search, selection, and candidate dialogue
Learn to identify skills, potential, and drive
Match candidates with the right opportunities and career paths
Gain an understanding of how the labor market works in practice
Work with tools and methods used in modern recruitment
Follow candidates' development and make your own decisions in processes
We are looking for you who:
Have an academic background (requirement)
Have at least 2–3 years of work experience (requirement)
Want to get into recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
Have worked with people (e.g., service, sales, HR, administration)
Are curious about the labor market and how people are matched correctly
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Because many roles in recruitment require experience –
