Project Manager - Supply Chain Management
Description
Saab Aeronautics is seeking an experienced and proactive consultant to support the implementation of Ivalua SPARK, Saab's future platform for supplier management, sourcing, and contract lifecycle management.
The assignment involves close collaboration with both the project team and the operational organization within Aeronautics. The consultant will serve as a link between the SPARK project and the business, ensuring understanding, readiness, and implementation of new processes and tools, as well as contributing business-specific requirements and process input.
The work includes, among other things, business process representation, UAT planning and execution, change management, data cleansing for migration, support regarding capability approval, communication between stakeholders, training and user support, and monitoring of readiness, adoption, and continuous improvements.
The role requires experience in requirements management and process mapping in complex environments, preferably within manufacturing or production-related operations, as well as the ability to work with user stories, use cases, backlog prioritization, and workshop facilitation.
