About the Role

As a personal assistant at Inova Assistans AB, you will play a crucial role in supporting and helping our users in their daily lives. Your tasks may vary from assisting with hygiene routines, medication, and cooking to being a social and secure presence. You will work independently but also as part of our team, and it is important that you have the ability to adapt to different situations.

We are looking for you who

- Are empathetic, patient, and attentive.

- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

- Are physically capable and can handle lifting and other physically demanding tasks.

- Can work independently and make your own decisions.

- Have a driver's license (advantageous but not required).

Advantageous

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in care and nursing.

- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.

- Experience working with people with various functional variations.
