Summer Substitute/Temporary Hourly Employment

Personal assistant for hourly employment is sought for a 44-year-old woman with her own home. She needs help with everything such as hygiene, cleaning and laundry, as well as cooking.

Since she has daily activities at home, it is important that as an assistant you can come up with activities during the days in addition to the chores that always need to be done. She has epilepsy and can be outwardly aggressive. You work alone with the woman, and you must be able to take your own initiatives and be meticulous in following the routines at the workplace.

We see that you as an applicant are female and have a good command of the Swedish language in speech and writing. Experience with personal assistance and low-arousal approaches is a merit for you as an applicant.

The position is an hourly employment where varied hours may occur on all days of the week, evenings and nights with on-call sleeping duty.
