Personal Assistant Sought for Odenplan - Scheduled Shifts with Flexibility

Are you interested in working as a personal assistant in central Stockholm? Then you've come to the right place. IGS Assistans is currently seeking a personal assistant who is interested in becoming a permanent employee and having a fixed schedule. The schedule and the employment rate of the position can be adapted based on your and the client's needs.

Shifts are primarily scheduled from 8-16 and 16-08 (including on-call duty of 6 hours and 50 minutes). To be able to work for the client, you must be open to working on-call.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a woman
• Speak fluent Swedish
• Can provide good service and are meticulous
• Are proactive but attentive to the client's wishes
• Are flexible
• Are calm and patient
• Merited if you have previous experience in personal assistance. However, personal chemistry is of utmost importance.
• It is also important that you can set aside your mobile phone during your work shift.

About the client:

The client is a 64-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair. The work as a personal assistant includes, among other things, assisting the client in daily life, with activities, inside and outside the home. In addition, the client needs help with personal hygiene, exercise, cooking, cleaning, and support during the client's internship and work.

She needs assistance with transfers, which are done manually. A floor lift is available for emergencies.

Your job is to do what the client would have done herself without her disability, without taking over tasks that the person can perform on her own.

Salary, compensation, and benefits:

Hourly wage according to individual agreement. There is a collective agreement with Kommunal.
