About us:

Rikstvätt Bengtsfors is a Swedish family business that has been in operation since 1993. Over the years, we have become specialists in essentially everything related to laundry and textile services. Our ambition is to make our customers' operations in hotels, restaurants, conferences, and industry simpler, more profitable, and more efficient. As a textile laundry, we offer washing and rental of comfortable, stylish, and fresh textiles for hotels and restaurants, all within workwear for industry, healthcare, and care, as well as entrance mats in our own premises of 10,000 m2 in Bengtsfors.

Today, the company is run in the second generation with several family members as active passionate individuals at the core of our operations. A key issue for us is the environment and sustainability. We have and will always take an active responsibility. The company family naturally also includes all our employees, around 100 employees depending on the season, and we deliver to customers in Västra Götaland County, Värmland, Bohuslän, and Närke. The company is part of Rikstvätt.

About the position:

Industrial Cleaning

Rikstvätt Bengtsfors continuously works to streamline and modernize all processes within our production. We are an innovative laundry with high-tech equipment that creates new conditions for competitiveness and sustainable development.

As an industrial cleaner, you have the primary responsibility for the daily cleaning and maintenance of our industrial premises. The cleaning must be carried out efficiently with little or no production stoppages and fit in with the rest of the operations. In addition to traditional janitorial services, it also includes cleaning of machines, equipment, ceilings, and walls. The work is varied and involves many different tasks, sometimes at high heights and with safety equipment. Our production handles large quantities of textiles daily, which means dirt and dust quickly accumulate in our premises. Many process machines are sensitive, which means these areas require frequent and regular cleaning with good knowledge of the safety risks that exist. Well-executed industrial cleaning leads to our work equipment and machinery lasting longer and performing better.

With good foresight and a structured working method, you create optimal conditions for a clean, pleasant, and safe work environment.

The work is scheduled for daytime hours from 07:00 to 16:00.

In some cases, shift work and adapted working hours may be relevant. Weekends may occur for machine cleaning.

Scope: Full-time 40 hours/week

About you:

We are looking for you who are interested in working in the profession. To succeed in the role as an industrial cleaner, we see that you are meticulous and quality-conscious with an eye for details as well as the overall picture. You work independently with a positive attitude, are proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

It is advantageous if you have a high school education or equivalent.

Competence requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial services
• Good knowledge of Swedish – spoken and written
• Class B driver's license and access to a car
• Experience working with cleaning machines
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
