About Us

Trollnäs Preschool is an economic association located in Bergnäset in a scenic natural area. We have 20 children aged 1-6 years. The preschool focuses on sustainable development and works with Reggio Emilia inspiration, where we start from the children's thoughts and ideas, and much of the teaching takes place outdoors in nature.

About the Role

As an employee at Trollnäs Preschool, you are responsible for ensuring that our pedagogical approach permeates your work. You actively and loyally work with the preschool's daily tasks and pedagogical work based on our value platform, our goals, and plans.

Your Responsibilities

* Build good relationships with children and colleagues with a positive attitude and demeanor

* Shared responsibility for care and pedagogical work at the preschool, for example, gatherings, planned activities, free play, and routine situations in line with the preschool's governing documents

* Shared responsibility for documenting, following up, and analyzing children's development and learning

* Shared responsibility for developing good cooperation with guardians/parents

* You stay up to date by participating in the courses and training offered

Your Qualifications

* Trained child care worker, with solid experience in tasks in line with what we are looking for.

* Good communication skills

* Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and oral

* Good collaboration skills and an attitude to share knowledge and experience for collegial learning

* Initiative-taking, engaged, and creative

* Solution-oriented

A natural part of your daily routine is working with goal achievement and considering the entire preschool operation's goals. Flexibility and collaboration skills characterize your way of working. As a person, we wish you to be engaged, positive, present, and attentive. It is also important that you can collaborate and build good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.

Information About the Position

Start date as agreed, preferably in August.

Temporary position with possibility of extension.
