Math-Physics Teacher

As one of Sweden's first independent schools, we have been challenging the educational world with the sharpest upper secondary programs since 1996. Curt Nicolin Upper Secondary School has been non-profit from the start. We offer the following programs: the Technology Program, the Industrial Technology Program, the Electrical and Energy Program, and the Care and Nursing Program. Additionally, we can offer TE4 – a fourth year in the Technology Program leading to an Upper Secondary Engineering Diploma. Approximately 550 students study at the school, and we strongly emphasize integrating digital technology into our pedagogical activities.

Curt Nicolin Upper Secondary School is owned by industrial companies in the Finspång region and the municipality of Finspång. The school also has very good relationships with significant actors in the care and nursing sector as well as universities and science parks. We are located in modern facilities right in the industry-dense Finspång, with access to many companies and organizations in our vicinity.

For the fall term of 2026, Curt Nicolin Upper Secondary School is looking for you who want to work as a physics and math teacher. Knowledge and qualifications related to the technology field are advantageous.

We primarily seek you with an upper secondary teacher degree, but knowledge acquired in the technology field from other higher education/university programs is also of great interest. You have pedagogical skill and a strong interest in youth development.

The work involves, in addition to regular teaching duties in the mathematics and physics areas, being part of a work team around our students at Curt Nicolin Upper Secondary School and participating in the work to develop our pedagogy. At CNG, we always work in teams around and in teaching.
