Substitute Position - Certified Preschool Teacher for Tre Kronor Preschool

Alexanderskolan is seeking a certified preschool teacher for our Tre Kronor preschool in Nacka, as one of our preschool teachers is going on parental leave. The substitute position is expected to be approximately 1.5 years with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. The preschool, located on Kvarnholmen, has nine departments distributed across two buildings and offers access to several natural outdoor areas.

We are looking for a preschool teacher with a strong interest and commitment to the preschool's pedagogical activities, where you are expected to be confident in leading others and yourself forward. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible, together with the work team, for planning, following up, and evaluating the activities in relation to the preschool's mission.

You work to create stimulating and challenging education and teaching where all children can participate based on their different conditions. You are positive, flexible, have good collaboration skills, are creative, and engaged. With a conscious approach based on the preschool's governing documents, you create conditions for children's development, learning, participation, and influence. You are responsible for driving the preschool's values work, systematic quality work, and have good ability and knowledge of pedagogical documentation. Digital tools should be used as part of documenting children's learning processes. You have a professional approach and demeanor towards children, guardians, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
