Shop Assistant at Tempo Sannabacken

Tempo Sannabacken is now seeking a new employee for our store. We are looking for someone with good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver with pride and joy a customer service of the highest class.

You have an eye for detail and a strong commitment to creating a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to develop—both personally and together with the business.

Job Duties

You will work with all common tasks in the store, such as:

• Cashier work
• Restocking and fronting of goods
• Building displays on sales floors and end caps
• Work with inventory, waste, and self-checks
• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and pleasant

Together with your colleagues, you are the face of the store outward. For you, the customer is always number one, and you find it easy to build long-term customer relationships. You enjoy physical work in a sometimes fast-paced environment and feel secure in stressful situations.

Previous experience from the grocery retail industry is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is at least as important for us at Tempo.

About the Position

• Permanent employment, 40 hours/week
• Probationary employment applies
• Start date: May 4th or as agreed
• Working hours: day, evening, and weekend
• Workplace: Tempo Sannabacken

Requirements and Merits

• Good Swedish in speech and writing (requirement)
• 18 years of age or older (requirement, as you work independently at the cash register)
• Experience from retail or other service professions is meritorious
