All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, making the work very enjoyable and varied. A workday can include customer service, price labeling, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. As a retail salesperson, your most important tasks are to:

• Actively work with customer interactions – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building supplies at the best market price.
• Maintain order and tidiness in the premises and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick lumber, conduct inventory, handle deliveries, and price-label goods to ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist in measuring and counting customers' goods

Qualifications:

• Have an interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer interactions
• Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations
• Able to count and measure customers' goods without difficulty
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and can make oneself understood in English
• Available to work during the facility's opening hours
• Can stand for and work according to our values

• Service-oriented – have a desire to work with service and are passionate about working with sales
• Quick, efficient, attentive, flexible – qualities that can provide a good customer experience
• Responsible - for own development and for the facility's success – with a team-first attitude

• Accustomed to taking own initiatives and see what needs to be done

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer interactions is advantageous
• Desirable to have a Class B driver's license or forklift license
• Forklift experience is advantageous
• Forklift training and driving permits are provided internally at the facility, if you are over 18 years old and hold a Class B driver's license or forklift license previously.

Working hours:

• According to the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• The position is a fixed-term employment starting from 2026-06-01 and ending 2026-08-31.
