We are now seeking pickers for the Jönköping area to work in one or more stores. This role suits you if you enjoy practical work, have your own drive, and like taking responsibility for your tasks.

About the Role

As a picker for Privab's loose candy concept, you are responsible for ensuring that our candy sections in stores are well-stocked, clean, and attractive to customers.

The work is independent but also involves close contact with store staff. You work structured according to given routines and are responsible for maintaining high quality in the section.

Job Duties

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Restock candy from backstock and new deliveries
• Face and keep the candy section well-stocked and inviting
• Ensure that the correct products and labels are in place
• Keep the area and surroundings of the section clean and tidy
• Restock consumables such as bags, jars, and spoons
• Handle and sort packaging and waste
• Place orders as needed
• Maintain ongoing contact with the responsible person in the store

• Have your own drive and can work independently
• Enjoy working alone
• Enjoy work involving movement, lifting, and practical tasks
• Have a service-oriented approach and good collaboration skills
• Have a good ability to maintain order and create structure

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently

Advantageous:

• Experience from retail or similar work
• Driver's license and access to a car

Employment Conditions

• Position: Picker in-store
• Location: Jönköping area (one or more stores)
• Working Hours: Daytime, weekdays, varying hours may occur during events like Easter and Halloween.
• Employment Type: Probationary employment applies
• Salary: Monthly salary according to the Retail Employees' Union collective agreement
