Then the role as hall host at Kalmarsunds Bilförmedling could be something for you.

We are growing and looking for someone who wants to contribute in the daily operations at the facility. This is a role for you who thrive when there is a lot going on, enjoy variety, and want to understand how the entire car business works, not just a small part of it.

With us, it is often high tempo and quick decisions, and we help each other to keep things flowing. We appreciate when someone takes their own initiatives, sees what needs to be done, and steps forward.

What you will do:

As a hall host, you have a central role in the daily work. You move between several different tasks and get a good sense of how everything connects.

It can involve:

• Preparing cars for showings
• Keeping both cars and premises clean and inviting
• Photographing cars and posting advertisements
• Receiving customers and answering questions
• Supporting salespeople in deals
• Possibly driving for deliveries etc.

Some days are more practical, others more social, often a mix of both. You will have a lot of contact with colleagues, customers, and sometimes suppliers.

For many, this is a first step forward within sales. The most important thing is that you are curious and want to learn.

Who we think you are

You do not need to know everything from the start, but we think that you:

• Can communicate in Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license
• If you have worked with service or sales before, it is a plus, but not a must.

As a person, you are:

• Curious and solution-oriented
• Thorough without getting stuck in details
• Social, but also self-sufficient

You see what needs to be done and do not wait to be told. You understand that the little extra, such as when a car actually shines or a customer feels welcome, makes a difference.

Practical

The position is intended primarily as a summer job, but there may be needs earlier and after the summer. We tailor the position together!
