The ski resort Lofsdalen is often called "the small village with the big skiing". Lofsdalen is located in Härjedalen, 50 miles from Stockholm. The mountain offers fantastic skiing with Sweden's third highest vertical drop (492 m) from the top at 1125 meters above sea level.

Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar AB operates the ski facility with the help of 9 lifts (including 2 modern 6-seater lifts) and 25 runs. In addition to these, we have Sportshop, Ski Rental, Ski School, Activities, Commercial Accommodation, Bikepark, Padel Hall, Skybar, and more. We have a total of about 65 employees, with about 15 working year-round and the rest seasonally. Staff housing is available for rent.

We are now looking for a store manager for our Sportshop.

In the best location, only 10 meters from the nearest lift, lies our new Guest Center. In the 3600 sqm Guest Center, there is currently Sportshop, reception, ski pass cashiers, ski school reception, ski rental, ski workshop, ski lockers, offices, and staff areas.

In the Sportshop, we sell equipment and clothing related to winter. Our own Lofsdalen products are a significant part of the store. Of course, we also sell ski clothing, helmets, ski goggles, gloves, base layers, and much more.

Behind the same counter, we also sell ski passes and host the ski school reception, which means that very many guests pass through the building. Naturally, you help out between the cash registers and with other sales in the building, such as ski passes, ski school, etc.

In addition to sales, you also have an important role in purchasing and inventory management, etc. You will also have a team leader role for the reception/shop staff. You collaborate closely with the Team Leader for Ski School, Team Leader for Ski Rental, Site Manager, and CEO. In your role as team leader, you lead the daily work, support and develop your colleagues, and address any issues that may arise during the day.

The Sportshop is also open during the summer, with a more summer-oriented store with a greater focus on cycling, fishing, and hiking.

We are looking for you who have experience in the ski industry and sales in a store from before.

Work in a sports store, skiing, cycling, rental, and sales training are meritorious.

As a person, you should be organized and very comfortable talking to people and enjoy sales and a fast pace. You are thorough, calm, and very social. You want to develop in your role and have good collaboration skills. You are involved in developing our own Lofsdalen products, so a sense of trends and colors is welcome.

You are a true team player, which requires humility and a lack of prestige.
