Site Manager for Klara Cleaning Karlstad

Do you want to build and run an office from the ground up?

Klara Cleaning continues to grow, and we are therefore looking for a site manager who, with high personal responsibility, wants to lead the establishment and drive our continued growth in the region.

As a site manager, you are responsible for developing the business locally. This means that you:

• Manage and develop customer relationships – both with new and existing customers.
• Recruit, lead, and develop staff.
• Have result and budget responsibility for the office.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction in our assignments.
• Lead the work with a solution focus and ensure that we continuously improve.

You will not start from scratch – we already have a customer base and staff in place – but you will have full authority to run and develop the office.
