Description

With us, you are not just a team leader – you are part of the team. You work operationally in customer service while supporting the team and ensuring daily production runs smoothly. You will work across multiple industries where your main task is to provide support and service to our customers. Customer contact occurs primarily over the phone but also via email. You therefore need to be comfortable speaking and writing in both Swedish and English.

In this role, you will, among other things:

· Handle incoming calls and emails

· Provide service, advice, and support

· Work with technical support and troubleshooting

· If needed, conduct outbound sales calls


The work is mainly done at the office, but there may be opportunities to work from home.

About You

You are engaged, attentive, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills. You adapt easily and switch between different tasks, systems, and guidelines.

Since the role involves working with multiple clients, you have a good ability to quickly switch between different tasks, systems, and guidelines. You work in a structured manner and find it easy to resume ongoing tasks after interruptions.

You thrive in a dynamic environment with occasional high tempo and can handle a large influx of cases via phone and email in a structured and professional way.

You take personal responsibility for completing your tasks, which requires you to have self-motivation and dare to take your own initiatives.

We see that you have previous experience working in customer service with the phone as your primary tool, have good computer and system skills, and understand what the work of a customer service representative entails.

Experience with CRM systems is meritorious.
