
Customer Service Representative for Sleepo
Description
As a customer service representative at Sleepo, you are an important part of the entire customer journey. You have daily contact with our customers via phone, email, and chat, and also meet customers in our showroom.
The role has a clear focus on incoming phone calls, where you help customers who want to make purchases, have questions about products and deliveries, or need assistance when something has not gone as planned. You guide the customer confidently through the conversation and take responsibility for finding solutions that feel professional, clear, and trustworthy.
The work is varied and takes place at a fast pace, in close collaboration with colleagues. This is a role for you who enjoy when the days are not all the same and who thrive when working together and solving things as a team.
We are looking for you who
Have experience in customer service and thrive in a role with a lot of customer contact, especially via phone. You enjoy a fast pace and juggling many tasks, and when there is a lot to do, you gain energy, stay calm, and find it easy to prioritize.
You are confident in yourself, express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and maintain a professional and calm demeanor even when the conversation becomes more challenging. You are comfortable on the phone and find it easy to build trust, as well as help people in a solution-oriented and efficient way – while keeping your composure.
Equally important is that you are a full-fledged team player. You are there for your colleagues, support when needed, and contribute to a positive and secure atmosphere in the team. For you, it is natural to take responsibility – both towards your colleagues and our customers – so that collaboration in the team flows seamlessly and results in the best possible service for our customers.
During periods of higher intensity, you are someone to rely on. You have a natural holistic perspective, are communicative, and collaborate closely with the team to resolve situations in the best way. For you, a communicative and cohesive team is an obvious prerequisite for top-class customer service.
We prefer that you
· Have 1–2 years of experience in customer service
· Thrive in a fast pace and with varied tasks
· Are quick and efficient at the keyboard and have good computer skills
· Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
Meritous:
· Experience from e-commerce, preferably in furniture or home furnishings
· Knowledge of German and/or Finnish
