Administrator (Temporary Position) – Finance & Project Management

Do you want to combine finance with community development?

We are now seeking an administrative star for a temporary position with us – a key role where you work with both finance and project management in an organization that makes a difference.

At Locally Led Development Halland, you will become part of a dedicated team of seven people who enjoy working together and support each other. We offer a modern workplace with flexibility between home and office, and a work environment characterized by both ambition and warmth.

About the Role

This is a varied position where you get to combine financial responsibility with work in project operations. You have a central role in our daily operations and simultaneously contribute to ensuring that projects are implemented and reported correctly according to current regulations.

You work both independently and closely with colleagues, project owners, and authorities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Responsibility for the daily financial operations
  • Handling of salaries, pensions, taxes, and fees, as well as reporting to Statistics Sweden
  • Reporting on operations and LEADER-owned projects
  • Archiving
  • Project management
  • Review of project requisitions according to the Swedish Board of Agriculture's regulations
  • Support and advice to projects in the implementation and completion phases (including training)

We are looking for you who

  • Are meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious
  • Have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships
  • Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
  • Are flexible and can prioritize between different tasks

Qualifications:

  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting
  • Good computer skills
  • Accustomed to working based on regulations

Meritorious:

  • Experience with EU programs or project accounting
  • Education in public administration or equivalent experience

A B driver's license and access to a personal car are required.

Workplace: The office is located on Fabriksgatan 1 in Hyltebruk.

Scope: 100%

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment

Start Date: June 22 or as agreed.
