Description
We are now looking for two advisors for the office in Tidaholm who love customer service and want to help our customers with their everyday finances in a pedagogical way. In this role, you are often the first point of contact the customer has with the bank and play a crucial role in creating a positive and trustworthy first impression.
As an advisor in customer service, you meet people of all ages and life situations – and get the opportunity to make a difference in every customer interaction, regardless of channel. You meet and assist the bank's customers with their everyday banking matters through personal meetings, incoming calls, and in the bank's digital channels. With a secure, pedagogical, and solution-oriented approach, you guide customers correctly in their banking matters and ensure they receive the help they need. You direct customers to the right specialist so they get help based on their individual needs.
We are looking for you who
- Love customer service and meeting people of all ages and life situations.
- Have a pedagogical ability and can explain financial issues in a simple and secure way.
- Are social, positive, and solution-oriented.
- Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for the customer experience.
- Have a humble attitude and genuine commitment.
- Previous experience from banking, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
- The savings bank places great importance on personality and attitude.
