Staffing Coordinator

At Colligo, we are currently seeking a client and consultant manager to join our team working with staffing of doctors. You do not need prior experience in recruitment or staffing to apply for this position; we place great emphasis on you as a person being results-oriented and able to drive processes independently!

Your Responsibilities

The role, which is a consultant manager position, is called "Client and Consultant Manager" at Colligo, as you will have a broader responsibility covering both consultants and our clients. As a Client and Consultant Manager, you will be part of our fantastic staffing team. Together, we are responsible for matching healthcare professionals with client needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strong focus on calling new consultants and building your own consultant base from scratch
• Driving independent and collaborative staffing processes where you work towards clear goals.
• Promoting Colligo to new consultants and clients in a convincing manner without giving up after a few setbacks.
• Responsibility for your consultants with ongoing service and follow-up.
• Building good relationships and long-term bonds with your consultants.
• Client responsibility for your own client area.
• Contributing to the company's success through your own ideas and suggestions.

About You

We are looking for you who are driven, service-oriented, and fearless. It is important that you are comfortable working towards goals and driven by results. The phone will be your primary tool, and it is important that you feel confident picking up the receiver. You are a person who:

• Enjoys creating new contacts and often goes the extra mile to maintain good relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by juggling many tasks.
• Has a good ability to meet many different types of personalities.
• Does not give up after minor setbacks but is rather motivated by them to move forward.

We see that you may have previously held roles such as: Car salesperson, real estate agent, B2B salesperson, coordinator, staffing assistant, account manager.

If you have previous experience working as a consultant manager or with healthcare professionals, it is advantageous but not a requirement.

We are a young and innovative company offering you to join an exciting journey. We are an authorized staffing company operating nationwide. We are steadily growing and currently have about 20 office employees and around 200 mobile consultants. Our business idea is focused on staffing doctors and nurses and our clients across the country!

Work start in September 2026 or as agreed.

The position is full-time Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:00. There is some flexibility regarding working hours.
