Tidaholms Sparbank is seeking 2 customer advisors

We are now seeking two advisors for the office in Tidaholm who love customer service and want to help our customers with their everyday finances in an educational way. In this role, you are often the first contact the customer has with the bank and play a crucial role in creating a positive and trustworthy first impression.

As an advisor in customer service, you meet people of all ages and life situations – and get the opportunity to make a difference in every customer interaction, regardless of channel. You meet and assist the bank's customers with their daily banking matters through personal meetings, incoming calls, and in the bank's digital channels. With a secure, educational, and solution-oriented approach, you guide customers correctly in their banking matters and ensure they get the help they need. You direct customers to the right specialist so they receive assistance based on their individual needs.

We are looking for you who

• Love customer service and meeting people of all ages and life situations.
• Have an educational ability and can explain financial matters in a simple and secure way.
• Are social, positive, and solution-oriented.
• Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for the customer experience.
• Have a humble approach and genuine commitment.
• Previous experience from banking, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
• The savings bank places great importance on personality and attitude.
