Office Clerk / Administrator (80–100% based on your preference)
We are a small family-owned property management company seeking an administratively skilled employee. The position's scope is 80–100% based on your preference.
We prefer that you have several years of experience in administrative tasks and good computer skills. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to work independently. You are flexible, have a positive attitude, and enjoy administrative duties, customer contact, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
The work is performed from our office in the Högsbo industrial area.
The tasks are varied and require flexibility. They include, among others:
- General office duties
- Telephone and email contact with tenants
- Rent administration, including preparing rental agreements for apartments
- Handling rents, notices, and reminders
Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
Employment type: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
