Then this new role at Wildlife Garden could be your next exciting challenge! At Wildlife Garden, we design and manufacture nature-inspired products for home and garden. We sell both to retailers and directly to consumers via our website. As a Social Media Manager, your role is primarily marketing and communication towards consumers.

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who drives our presence on social media with a focus on measurable business impact. We are on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, and are in the startup phase with TikTok. Our goal is to launch Wildlife Garden on TikTok during 2027 – this will be one of your main tasks along with the other mentioned channels.

For the work with TikTok, we see you as a hybrid between creator, analyst, and brand strategist with a strong sense for storytelling in short format and good understanding of what works on the platform. You produce content from idea to publication, work at a high pace with continuous optimization, and can jump on trends without losing the brand's tone.

You are responsible for both organic and paid visibility (via Meta Ads Manager). You work strategically, creatively, and data-driven to create engagement and strengthen the brand. The work is both practical and analytical – you create the posts but also the plans and thrive on making things happen.

You work on-site at the office in Båstad and are part of the marketing department together with two colleagues. We envision the working hours starting at 80% and gradually increasing to a 100% position once TikTok is up and running.

Examples of work tasks:

  • Develop and manage social media strategy in line with business goals
  • Responsible for channel selection, KPI structure, and result follow-up
  • Plan, produce, and publish content in collaboration with creative colleagues
  • Lead and optimize organic and paid campaigns based on data and insights
  • Use AI as support in idea work, content creation, and analysis
  • Ensure quality, tone, and compliance of the brand
  • Monitor trends and new platforms
  • Influencer collaborations via third-party service (Beatley)
  • Manage communication and follow-up of goals and outcomes with our PR agencies
  • Newsletters to end customers (in English)


About you

As a person, you are both analytical and creative, with the ability to translate insights into ideas that create results. You thrive in a role with multiple and varied tasks at a high pace and have a natural drive and structure that makes things happen. You are business-oriented, curious, and have a strong interest in how communication contributes to business goals. At the same time, you are collaborative and communicative – you build trust, create engagement, and bring the organization along. It is just as natural for you to communicate in English as in Swedish.

Important for the role is that you have:

  • Several years of experience working professionally with social media
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and paid social (Meta Ads Manager)
  • Ability to create engaging content in the form of text, image, and video
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and follow-up
  • Experience with data-driven work methods and continuous optimization
  • Experience using AI tools
  • No ego and enjoy working in a team
  • Very good skills in English and Swedish, in speech and writing - all communication will be in English for SoMe & newsletters
  • Relevant post-secondary education
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express), TikTok, as well as Microsoft Office and Meta Ads Manager – experience with Meta Ads Manager is a requirement.
  • Since you work in a close team, the role requires 100% on-site at the office in Båstad.

It is meritorious to have experience with:

Hootsuite (or similar), Get A Newsletter (or similar), project planning tools e.g., ASANA
