At Hemnovia, we are a dedicated team working with foster care and open care. Our task is to support children and families in vulnerable situations, and for us to do this in the best way possible, our daily operations need to run smoothly. Therefore, we are now looking for an administrator who wants to be a key person in our organization.


About the Role

This is a broad and varied role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You will work closely with the entire team and contribute to keeping the organization's administration, communication, and practical operations together.


Your duties include, among others:

  • Managing documentation – extracts from registers, contact lists, mailings, copying, scanning, archiving, and mail
  • Collecting information and materials related to our foster homes, clients, employees, and clients
  • Providing administrative support and service to the team's employees in daily work
  • Coordinating and administering training – booking venues and speakers, handling registrations, and practical logistics
  • Coordinating activities and events such as summer camps, Christmas dinners, and staff meetings
  • Publishing information in our channels and advertising on external portals
  • Responsibility for ensuring the office and common areas are well-maintained and welcoming
  • Ongoing purchases for the office and kitchen
  • Following up on the organization's vehicles – service, inspections, and maintenance


Who We Are Looking For

You are a person who likes structure but is equally comfortable handling the unexpected. You see what needs to be done and solve it without needing to be told. You are service-oriented and thrive in a role where you support others and contribute to making the whole function work.


We Prefer That You Have:

  • Experience in administrative work
  • Good ability to handle documents and information with accuracy and confidentiality awareness
  • Good computer skills and experience with digital tools and social media
  • Driver's license (B)


Experience from social services, healthcare, or care is advantageous but not required.
