Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and service of indoor solutions, mobile network equipment, radio links, and antenna technology.
• Cable pulling, mounting, and optimization of antennas.
• Decommissioning of previous generations of mobile networks.
• Mast work.
• Contacts with project and work managers, customers, property owners, and suppliers.
• Documentation.
• Sharing knowledge and experiences with other employees in a pedagogical manner.
• Contributing to improvements in routines.

About the Position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.

Location: Mjällby, Sölvesborg.

Start date according to agreement.

Employment is based on a passed background check. To work on assignments for some customers, you may need to undergo a security clearance.

Requirements:

• At least two years of documented experience working with indoor solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work orders.
• Experience with cable pulling, mounting, and installations in complex buildings (hospitals, offices, industry, public buildings, and technical spaces).
• Confident in practical work with installation, service, and commissioning.
• Class B driver's license.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.
• Swedish citizenship.

Merits:

• Mast training with a valid certificate.
• Lift training (mobile work platforms).
• Fall protection training.
• Electrical/telecommunications, construction, or vehicle/mechanical education at high school level or equivalent.
• Class BE driver's license.
• Knowledge of PIM measurement and signal amplification.
