BKT Group is now seeking a dedicated property caretaker for our property portfolio in Lidingö, Täby, and Östermalm.

About the Position

As a property caretaker with us, you will have a varied and independent role where you are responsible for inspection, operation, and maintenance of properties. You work both preventively and remedially to ensure that technical systems and property environments function optimally.

Your duties include:

• Inspection and maintenance of the properties' technical systems (heating, ventilation, electricity, etc.)
• Troubleshooting, fault reporting, and execution or coordination of measures
• Contact with tenants and customers – you are an important representative of the company
• Simple repairs such as plumbing, electricity, doors, and windows
• Documentation and follow-up of cases
• External maintenance depending on the season (e.g., lawn mowing and snow removal)
• Planning of preventive maintenance to reduce acute problems

For larger measures, you collaborate with external specialists.

We are looking for you who:

• Are self-sufficient, responsible, and structured
• Have a solution-oriented working approach and enjoy taking initiative
• Enjoy customer contact and have a professional demeanor
• Want to develop and learn new things

Requirements:

• Class B driver's license
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• At least 3 years of experience in property care
• Experience with digital work tools (mobile and computer)

Meritorious:

• Experience or education in electricity, plumbing, or ventilation
• Good local knowledge of Lidingö

Other Information

The position may involve some on-call duty, mainly during winter in connection with snow removal.

Employment

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Salary according to agreement.
