Tower and Telecommunications Technician in Telecom

About the Job:

As a tower and telecommunications technician at Innotel, you will build, modernize, and perform service work in the communication networks of several operators in Sweden. The projects are mainly in Southern and Central Sweden but also in other parts of the country, so travel occurs frequently.

Our customers are primarily mobile operators, network owners, and authorities.

Work Tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of indoor and outdoor solutions.
• Identify and rectify faults.
• Maintenance work.
• Decommissioning of previous generations of mobile networks in towers and on rooftops.
• Contact with project and work managers/customers/property owners/suppliers.
• Tower work.
• Documentation: reporting of completed work (done via mobile or PC).

About the Position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Location: Mjällby, Sölvesborg.

Start date according to agreement.

Employment is based on an approved background check.

Merits:

• Previous experience working in towers and on roofs.
• Tower training with a valid certificate.
• Lift training (mobile work platforms).
• Fall protection training.
• Electrical/telecommunications, construction, or vehicle/mechanical education at high school level or equivalent.
• BE driver's license.

• B driver's license.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
