Property Caretaker for Summer Temporary Position

We are seeking a property caretaker for a summer temporary position during the period from week 24 to week 34.

Job Duties

As a property caretaker, you are responsible for the daily maintenance of our properties. The job duties include, among other things:

• Ensuring that we provide comfortable residences for our tenants in the area by keeping the properties completely, cleanly, and functionally maintained both inside and around the buildings. Regular inspections of your properties where you address any issues discovered.
• Maintenance of green areas and hard surfaces, as well as cleaning and patrolling of stairwells, attics, basements, and laundry rooms.
• Simple repairs and maintenance
• Contact with tenants and collaboration with colleagues

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are practically inclined and enjoy varied job duties
• Are service-oriented and have a good approach to people
• Work independently but also function well in a team
• Have a Class B driver's license

Experience in similar work is advantageous but not required.
