About the position: As a solar panel installer, you will work together with an installation team to install solar panels based on our design and selected mounting systems. You will work from home and with customers at various locations. The work takes place outdoors year-round, provided it does not pose any safety risks. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00.

Your tasks will include:

• Building scaffolding, pulling cables, building mounting systems, and installing solar panels.
• Connecting and configuring inverters via Wi-Fi.
• Physically demanding work in an outdoor environment.

Who are you? We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of work experience in craft professions, including but not limited to solar panel installer, roofer, carpenter, or sheet metal worker.

You have a B driver's license and can communicate fluently in Swedish. You enjoy working in a team and value collaboration to create a positive work environment. Good technical understanding and a service-oriented attitude towards customers are crucial. Experience with solar panel installation is advantageous, but not a requirement.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in craft professions.
• B driver's license.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Advantageous with training in fall protection and/or scaffolding construction.
