We are now looking for a chef who wants to become part of our team in Danderyd.

Job Description

In the role of chef with us, you work at the heart of the business – our lunch restaurant – with elements of catering for external guests. You are responsible for planning and cooking tasty, varied dishes where classic favorites meet new influences.

You will:

• Plan and compose menus

• Prepare lunch with focus on quality, taste and presentation

• Participate in and develop our catering operations

• Be responsible for ordering goods and contribute to good cost control

• Ensure work follows HACCP and food safety

• Be a visible and positive part of the guest experience during service

You work closely with the head chef and colleagues in a cohesive team where collaboration, structure and job satisfaction are a natural part of everyday life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained chef preferably with experience from à la carte and who is passionate about cooking food with quality and care. You are confident in your professional role, have good knowledge of food hygiene and work structured even at a high pace.

As a person, you are positive, responsible and service-oriented, with a natural sense for both taste and guest service. You thrive in a team, are flexible and contribute with energy and commitment in the kitchen. You master Swedish fluently in speech and writing.
