Barista Wanted

Svedjan Bageri is a craft bakery, known for its classic as well as innovative baked goods. With a strong focus on good & fair ingredients and sustainability. With roots in Västerbotten, the bakery has also been operating in Stockholm since 2020.

We are seeking an initiative-taking and responsible barista with the following experience & qualities:

• Previous experience in the service industry
• Experience in specialty coffee
• Experience in coffee (espresso machine, calibrating grinders, milk handling, etc.)
• Maintain good quality and service-mindedness even under stressful conditions
• A strong commitment and willingness to learn new skills as well as contribute with own ideas and knowledge
• A genuine interest in food & beverages
• Be a good team player who can contribute to a positive work environment and customer experience
