About the Job

Now you have the chance to work in a magical environment at one of Fabrique's bakeries on Gotland: Leva Kungslador in Visby or Rute Stone Oven Bakery in Rute. Here we are open all summer and offer quality baked goods, breakfast, lunch & pizza.

About the Position

As a cold buffet attendant with us, you will be responsible for preparing sandwiches and salads. You are responsible for maintaining high standards in the kitchen regarding quality, hygiene, and presentation. We have a high volume of guests in the summer, which requires you to work efficiently and be stress-resistant.

The position is full-time and runs from mid-June to mid-August. Your working hours will be daytime and weekends.

At our bakeries on Gotland, we are a close-knit team of cold buffet attendants, bakers, and shop assistants. We work closely together and help each other when needed. We offer accommodation with access to a shared kitchen and bathroom.

We are looking for you who:

• Have education and/or experience as a cold buffet attendant/chef
• Have an interest in food and ingredients
• Can take responsibility and are self-sufficient
• Are meticulous and stress-resistant
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good knowledge of food hygiene

About Fabrique

Fabrique Stone Oven Bakery was founded by Charlotta and David Zetterström in 2008. Since the beginning, we have baked with pure natural ingredients in a traditional and artisanal way. Even though Fabrique now exists in three countries and has over 30 shops and restaurants in total, it is still the local bakery on the corner. We truly love bread. Cardamom buns, levain, rye sourdough, sesame toast, and croissants—it never ends! The freshly baked smell, the warm ovens, and everything that belongs to a neighborhood bakery.
