We are looking for you who want to work as a summer temporary employee!

The temporary position may lead to permanent employment. You should be a trained care assistant/Assistant Nurse or have equivalent competence that the employer considers comparable. It is advantageous if you have previous experience and knowledge from work in elderly care, home care, and care of persons with dementia or mental illness.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible and able to work independently, and you should also be able to collaborate in a team. You should be attentive to customers' wishes and needs and driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure daily life for our customers.

Engaged, solution-focused, have a sense of responsibility, and the ability to think innovatively are some of the qualities highly valued.

We work primarily in the urban area of Nynäshamn, where our local office is also located and from which we operate. Working hours vary, we have customers with interventions from morning to evening, holidays as weekdays, which means our working hours are accordingly.

We work based on assessed support decisions and perform care, support, and service interventions in customers' homes.

You should have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental illness. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are a proficient computer user. A B driver's license is desirable, and you should also be able to cycle. It is advantageous if you have knowledge in Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
