Summer Substitutes for Home Care

Summer is approaching and we are looking for you who want to come and work with us in Nyköping!

Allegio Care is a family care company that wants to make a difference; we are located in several cities and towns throughout Sweden. We currently have over 500 employed assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

We are constantly working on development in our operations and conduct quality assurance work, including self-assessments.

We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to design a secure service together, tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with contact person responsibility and to meet the needs and routines of our customers. In the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the business – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with the individual person; it is extremely important that you respect our customers and provide the absolute best service. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team as the work may sometimes require two people. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing and are comfortable with phones to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Our customers may have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies.

You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.

A driver's license is meritorious, or you need to be able to cycle.
