HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a few years before the freedom of choice law was introduced in 2009. People who have been granted home care and safety alarms in Alingsås have the opportunity to choose HemTrevnad as the provider. We are present in almost the entire Alingsås Municipality!

HemTrevnad's employees have influence over the planning of the day since HemTrevnad does not work with minute-controlled schedules. In your work, you have support from a manager and coordinator on site.

Job Duties

Your workday is planned based on approved interventions and the individual's implementation plan. Approved interventions can range from lighter activation such as walking to caring for people with significant care needs and advanced health and medical care interventions delegated from a nurse, as well as receiving alarms day and evening. Health and medical care interventions are signed digitally in the mobile phone and you document in Combine. Digital locks are being introduced in Alingsås Municipality during the spring.

Most importantly, the individual must feel trust in you and receive the help and support they need, performed with high quality. The work includes team collaboration with other professional categories and you need to have good cooperation skills. You must be able to handle the questions that arise in daily life with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment.

Your work includes being a fixed care contact.

Qualifications

You have an approved assistant nurse education and can present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have a Class B driver's license. You master the Swedish language well in speech and writing.

As a person, you are confident in yourself and have the ability to perform your work with precision, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important puzzle piece in our operations and you share our humanistic values and have good communication skills. You have a good ability to act so that users receive the best possible care and see the whole picture around the user. You perform your work in a trust-building manner.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

To work as an assistant nurse, 1500 upper secondary school points and a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare are required.
