Occupational Therapist for Nynäs Rehab Center Neuro Team, Primary Care Rehab

About the Job:

For you who want to work in a neuro team and primary care rehab, Nynäs Rehab Center offers a workplace with competent, driven, and responsible colleagues who together create conditions to improve our patients' health and quality of life.

We are a moderately sized workgroup of nearly 20 people consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a chiropractor, a dietitian, and a receptionist. We are now seeking an additional occupational therapist for our clinic for a permanent position.

Our clinic is located in spacious, fresh premises near the sea in Nynäshamn.

Job Duties:

As an occupational therapist in the neuro team and primary care, you meet patients of all ages. The work is varied, developmental, and demands responsibility and independence, as well as good collaboration skills with other team colleagues.

You are responsible, among other things, for conducting assessments, prescribing assistive devices, and writing certificates. Rehabilitation of patients with varying diagnoses as part of your team and/or independently. You work in patients' home environments and at the clinic.

Documentation is done in the medical record system Taken Care.

Employment Form:

The position is a permanent full-time role, 100%, 40 hours/week.

Start date according to agreement.

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist

Previous experience in primary care rehab and neuro team is advantageous.
