About the Role

As a Foreman, you have a central role in daily production. You lead and support production staff, follow up on work in daily life, and contribute to a secure and structured work environment. The role involves close collaboration with your two foreman colleagues, nearest production manager, and production technicians, and occurs in ongoing dialogue also with site manager and HR as a secure and supportive team. You are present in the operation and actively work to create clarity, collaboration, and progress.

In the role, it includes among other things:

• Lead and follow up on daily work in production
• Support and develop employees in their roles
• Ensure that safety routines and guidelines are followed
• Contribute to continuous improvements in work methods and processes
• Plan and distribute work tasks to achieve set goals
• Follow up on production and report relevant key figures
