Data Coordinator/CAD Coordinator

We are looking for a Data Coordinator, as a data coordinator you will be responsible for:

- ensuring that established IT procedures are followed by consulting engineers and contractors as well as internally within the project.

- handing over documentation to receiving organizations e.g., traffic administration, municipalities, utility owners

- continuously monitoring that guidelines and processes within the project follow the overarching ones within the administration.

- delivery management from consulting engineers and contractors.

- receiving and performing acceptance checks of deliveries, supporting consulting engineers and contractors during deliveries.

- developing routines and instructions within the area of data coordination and digital project management.

The role also includes being responsible for:

- supporting the project with data coordination issues and information management.

- administering permissions in the project platform Avima (formerly Webforum)

- coordinating and supporting work with guidelines and working methods together with other data coordinators within the administration.

- training project members in the project platform Avima (formerly Webforum), systems, and programs.

- training contractors in the project platform Avima (formerly Webforum).

- maintaining and following structures related to the project platform Avima (formerly Webforum).
