For our continued growth journey, we are now seeking an engaged salesperson who wants to join us in further developing our business and strengthening our presence in the region.
Role Description
As a salesperson in Jönköping, you will become part of the sales team in Region South and be responsible for sales in the area, with a particular focus on acquiring new customers within our distribution area.
You will play an important role in our continued growth journey and work closely with the market to make contact, build relationships, and increase new customer sales in the region.
Your main tasks:
- prospect new customers through various channels
- conduct canvassing visits and book and hold customer meetings
- process leads from the website and distributors
- work according to an activity plan for new sales together with sales management and marketing
- register business opportunities and activities in the CRM system
- collaborate with internal support functions and customer development teams
With us, customers, business, and relationships are the most important things we have. Therefore, as a salesperson, you will have overall responsibility for the customer relationship—from first contact to business, customer satisfaction, and contract completion.
You work according to a clear sales structure and use digital sales tools in your daily work, such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and e-signing.

Overnight stays may occur in connection with training, kick-off events, and joint sales activities.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with start as soon as possible. You will be based at the office in Jönköping and report to the sales manager for the region.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience in sales, enjoy working proactively, and are skilled at creating trust and building relationships. You are communicative, persistent, and have a positive attitude with a focus on opportunities and results.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- experience in proactively finding new customers and creating relationships
- good sales results from previous sales positions
- strong drive and motivation from business, goals, and team spirit
- a structured, goal-oriented, and independent working approach
- good experience working in CRM systems and other digital sales tools
- good knowledge of Swedish and English
- a B driver's license
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience with the CRM system Lime and the quotation tool Get Accept
- experience in sales or rental of services
- an established network in the Jönköping region
