As a salesperson and advisor, you have main responsibility for the sales of More Service, with a clear focus on identifying new business opportunities and winning new customers. You drive the entire sales process - from prospecting activities and needs analysis to negotiation, contract writing, and follow-up. The role is primarily commercial but also has an advisory dimension. You are expected to understand the customer's business needs and be able to position the solution as a strategic tool for streamlining and improving service processes. You will also contribute in the implementation phase to ensure the customer realizes the value of the solution, in close collaboration with our specialists. You will become part of a competent environment with high technical expertise and strong execution power, where sales, quality, and customer experience are in focus. Job duties: - Prospecting sales and development of new customer relationships - Sales of the SaaS solution More Service to new and existing customers - Driving the entire sales process from needs analysis to signed contract - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the market - Advisory services in service management and digitalization of service processes - Execution and support in implementation projects - Mapping customer needs and developing solution proposals - Contributing to marketing and positioning of the solution - Building and further developing long-term customer relationships - Close collaboration with technical resources and development teams - Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery and customer experience Qualifications: - Experience in sales of service management solutions (e.g., ITSM, ESM, or similar platforms) - Documented results in B2B sales, preferably SaaS - Good business understanding and ability to identify customer value - Experience in advisory and/or implementation of ITSM solutions is meritorious - Knowledge of processes according to ITIL or equivalent frameworks - Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both oral and written - Structured work approach and good execution skills - Driver's license, class B Additional information:
