We are looking for a Workshop Manager for Team Workshop Umeå!

In this role, you will be a central link between customers and the workshop, where your tasks include, among others, handling customer bookings, planning work in the workshop, creating quotes and work orders, and providing first-class support via phone and email.

You also contribute to a smooth workflow and help ensure a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.

Are service-oriented and customer-focused.


Enjoy a role with varied work tasks.


Have good computer skills and quickly learn new systems.


Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.


Are structured and meticulous with an eye for details.


Enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.


Are stress-resistant and can quickly reprioritize the workflow as needed.


Have a B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have experience from the automotive industry or mechanical education and a C&CE driver's license, but the most important thing for us is your personality and willingness to contribute to the team's success.

Location: Umeå

Working hours: Full-time (7-16).
