Consultant in Meeting Booking

About the Role

As a consultant in meeting booking, you will work on assignments for our customers. You are responsible for creating first contact with potential customers and booking qualified meetings for the customer's sales or advisory team.

Your tasks may include:

• Contacting decision-makers via phone and digital channels
• Booking and coordinating high-quality meetings
• Working systematically in CRM systems and following up on dialogues
• Qualifying needs and ensuring the right meetings for the right recipients
• Close collaboration with the customer's and Consort's teams

The assignments vary in length and scope and are adapted to your experience, competence, and development ambition.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who:

• Are communicative, confident in conversations, and professional in your approach
• Are goal-oriented, structured, and take responsibility for your results
• Thrive in a customer-facing consultant role with clear goals
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing (English is meritorious)
• Have experience in meeting booking, sales, or customer contact – or want to develop in this area

We welcome both junior and more experienced consultants.
