Site Manager at Återbruket
Description
Site Manager for Återbruket in Skärholmen
Do you want to help develop one of Stockholm's most exciting meeting places for sustainability, creativity, and circular thinking? Återbruket Skärholmen is now looking for an engaged and communicative Site Manager who wants to drive and develop the operations together with us at LL Bolagen.
About Återbruket Skärholmen
Återbruket Skärholmen opened in 2021 and is a unique indoor facility of 950 square meters with an additional 550 square meters of outdoor space. Here, reuse, circularity, and sustainable waste management are at the center. The facility functions as a shop-like meeting place where visitors can drop off and pick up portable reusable items and bulky waste, participate in workshops, and be inspired towards more sustainable consumption habits.
In 2024, the facility had over 100,000 visitors, and the operations continue to evolve. What makes Återbruket Skärholmen unique is the ambition to be a creative and inspiring place where workshops and practical creation are central. The facility includes a repair and fix-it department as well as three workshops for textiles, wood, and other materials. These workshops are used both for holding workshops and for giving visitors the opportunity to explore, create, and repair themselves during opening hours. The goal is to regularly offer workshops—at least one per month with space for at least 15 participants—that encourage creative reuse and show how materials can be given new life. There are good opportunities to both create and renovate with reused materials, making Återbruket a lively meeting place for everyone who wants to be inspired and develop their skills in sustainability and circular thinking.

More About LL Bolagen
LL Bolagen is a privately-owned company with roots in Stockholm and a history dating back to 1991. Our waste collection trucks have since become a well-known part of the cityscape, and we are still an entrepreneur-driven company with strong ties to the founding family. The family-like feeling permeates our culture and is an important part of our identity.
We operate in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala and are today a group with around 350 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 350 million SEK. We are a fast-moving organization where the path from decision to action is short—both in our internal work and in meeting customers. With us, you work in a flat organization with clear areas of responsibility, where sustainability and quality are a natural part of everyday life.
We have high goals for our sustainability work and strive to become climate-neutral. Already, all of our collection vehicles are powered by electricity, biogas, or HVO100. We are also certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and our work is regularly reviewed by external auditors to ensure the highest standard.
