With Montessori pedagogy as the foundation, we always place the child at the center, which means respect and humility towards each child's different needs and conditions.

Montessori Preschool Uno is a staff cooperative divided into two departments, Mio and Solo. The preschool has its own chef who cooks meals from scratch. The preschool is beautifully situated along the Ume River with a lovely outdoor area that we use year-round.

At Montessori Preschool Uno, all children should feel security and joy. The child's basic needs should be met, and all children should have the opportunity for development on all levels.

"Help me to do it myself" - is a guiding principle that the preschool works from. Montessori Preschool Uno believes that all children are competent, want to be independent, and want to learn. With us, everyone is unique with equal value.

We are looking for you who are a trained principal. You have good collaboration skills, are easy to build relationships and cooperate. The principal's assignment is carried out in close collaboration with the board and the cooperative's working groups.

The principal position is 25% with a start date of August 10th
