We are now looking for an engaged and responsible Customer Responsible/Operations Manager who wants to help develop our operations further and contribute to our vision.
About the Position
In the role of Customer Responsible/Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for both customer relationships and operational activities. You are the important link between customers, assistants, and management, ensuring that we meet our high standards of quality and care. You will work closely with both customers and employees and be a driving force in creating a safe and professional work environment, while continuously developing the business to meet both customers' and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining close and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensuring that customers' needs and wishes are met through individual solutions.
- Leading and supporting our assistants in their daily work to ensure high quality of assistance.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees in the company.
- Ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., LSS, labor law, and authority requirements).
- Conducting regular follow-ups with customers and relatives to ensure satisfaction and adjustment of assistance.
- Responsible for daily operations, including budget and financial follow-up.
- Driving the development of routines and work methods to best meet customers' needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal assistance or care and social services.
- Good understanding of regulations in personal assistance and experience working with authorities (e.g., Försäkringskassan and IVO) is highly meritorious.
- Meritorious with work experience in leadership/managerial positions.
- Legal competence or experience with authority contacts is considered strongly meritorious.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust both internally and externally.
- Driver's license B
