Site Manager for Däckia in Skellefteå

About the role

As a site manager, you have the overall responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and the business's results. You lead, motivate, and support your employees to achieve common goals and ensure that the business is characterized by quality, safety, and a good work environment. In the management responsibility for workshop and customer service staff, it includes permanently 2 people. You ensure that customers receive the best possible service. The role involves managing and developing collaborations with existing key customers but also identifying new local corporate customers and private customers. You report to the Regional Manager North.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead, allocate, and develop personnel in daily work
• Plan and coordinate the business for seasonal peaks
• Be responsible for ongoing operations on site with order and tidiness in the workshop
• Be responsible for finances, budget, procurement, and results as well as follow-up
• Ensure that routines, quality, and safety are maintained
• Be responsible for work environment and safety in the workshop
• Represent the business towards customers, suppliers, and collaboration partners

We are looking for you who:

• Have documented experience in leadership, preferably within the tire/motor industry
• Are a communicative and engaged leader with good ability to create involvement
• Have financial understanding and experience working towards goals
• Enjoy combining practical and administrative work
• Previous experience from work in the motor industry or similar industry and knowledge of tires for light vehicles/commercial vehicles is a requirement. A C-license is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
